The Promotion recalculation window is used to calculate the total sales amount on a guest tab including all applicable promotion types over all promotion categories.

The promotion recalculation window is opened by the Recalculate promotion command in the context menu of the Orders or Guest tabs lists. The command is enabled only for those orders which items have not yet been added to bills, and for those guest tabs that have such orders.

Selecting Cancel will close the window without making any changes to the selected guest tabs.

Selecting OK enters the changes into the specifications of orders associated with the selected guest tab.

During copying, a progress bar is displayed in the Promotion recalculation window.

Clicking Cancel while copying is in progress will pause the operation and open the confirmation prompt.

Selecting Yes will close the prompt and the window without making any changes.

Results of the operation are displayed in the Information window.

When the operation is complete, the Information window will open with a list of guest tabs that were affected by the operation, along with the total amounts of their orders.

The context menu in the data grid in this window contains all the same commands as the context menu in the Guest tabs list, except for the Add command.

If no changes were made, the order totals for the selected guest tabs remain unchanged.

Click Close to close the information window.
