The
operational report is used to view and edit recipes containing selected stock items.Location:
- - .Data grid columns:
Recipe – name of the compound stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Stock item – ingredient stock item (recipe item of a compound stock item).
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement for the stock item included in the recipe as an ingredient.
Volume – volume of the stock item included in the recipe as an ingredient.
Description – description of the stock item with recipe.
Type – stock item type that the stock item belongs to.
Category – category of the stock item.
VAT % – VAT rate for stock item with recipe.
Deduct – whether the ingredients are deducted from store when the recipe stock item is prepared.
Recipe group – name of the stock item group to which the stock item with recipe belongs.
Class – class of the stock item.
System – system objects tag.
Context menu commands:
(F2) – opens the editor window to allow one or more stock items with recipe to be edited.
