The Specification panel contains a list of stock items included in the butchering record. This tree list is composed of root elements (stock items to be butchered) and child elements (resulting stock items or pre-processed goods).
Data grid columns:
Stock item is the name of the stock item in the butchering record specification.
The column contains the names of original stock items and ingredients and the names of outcome items (dishes, pre-processed goods) derived as a result of butchering.
Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.
Volume is the volume of the stock item included in the butchering record.
Stock item group is the name of the stock item group that contains the stock item.
Type is the stock item type.
Parent is the name of the stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Class is the name of the class to which the stock item belongs.
Concurrence is the name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
With butchering denotes that the stock item is included into the specification along with its butchering instruction.
Cost, % is the percentage of the raw item value.
Comment is a short textual comment.
Index is the order of the stock item in the butchering record specification.
Price by cost is the price of the item after cost price calculation.
Total by cost price is the stock item cost price total.
Total cost of ingredient is the total cost price of the stock item included into the butchering instruction for the parent stock item.
Document is the number of the butchering record containing the selected stock item.
Status (store) is the status assigned to the butchering record specification item after it has been processed by the storekeeping system.
Recalculate child items denotes that the volumes of the child items in the butchering instruction must be recalculated when the volume of the stock item with butchering instruction changes.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adding a stock item to the butchering record specification.
The command is available only in specifications of butchering records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – editing or viewing items included in the butchering record specification.
The Not ready. If the butchering record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced by the command.
command is available only in specifications of butchering records with the status(Del) – permanently deleting the selected stock items from the butchering record specification.
The Not ready. If the butchering record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of butchering records with the status(Shift+F2) – editing specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.
The Not ready. If the butchering record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in filled in specifications of butchering records with the statusmovement of selected stock items.
– opening an operational report onThe command is available only for filled in specifications of butchering records regardless of their current status.

The command is available only for parent specification items of butchering records with the status Not ready.

The command is enabled if only the specification item that caused an error of document processing by store software has been deleted.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

To add new items to the butchering record specification, please use the and entry windows.
To edit attributes of specification items, use the and editor windows. A variation of the specification item editor window, the sequential editor window, can also be used for editing, it is also named .
The window is used to select the parent item of the specification.
A permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting items from butchering record specifications.
If the butchering record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled for editing, and the command is replaced by the command in the context menu.
The and viewing windows are used to view attributes of specification items.
