The Butchering panel is intended to store butchering recipes – a list of stock items obtained after butchering (for example, of a pork carcase
). This list includes all the stock items prepared after butchering.
The Butchering panel represents a table with a list of stock items obtained after butchering. The table columns contain values of the selected stock items. These stock items are to be moved to the directory. Therefore, the directory should contain all of them.
The Butchering panel is composed of the following fields:
Volume – initial volume of the stock item subject to butchering (expressed in preset units of measurement). Required field.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item. The name of this field is not displayed in the window. Required field.
The value is selected in the window. By default, it is the stock item unit of measurement selected in the Unit (stock item) field of the Properties panel.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item produced as a result of butchering.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement used for the stock item.
Volume – volume of the stock item produced as a result of butchering.
Cost, % – value as a percentage of the value of the raw item.
Butchered stock item – name of the raw stock item selected for butchering.
Comment – brief comment on the stock item added to the butchering recipe.
Type – stock item type to which the resulting item belongs.
Category – stock item category to which the resulting item belongs.
Stock item group – group to which the resulting item belongs.
Class – name of the class to which the resulting item belongs.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new element to the butchering recipe.
(F2) – edits the selected elements of the butchering recipe.
(Del) – deletes elements from the butchering recipe.
– opens the editor window of the selected stock item(s).
purchase prices of the selected stock items.
– opens the operational report on– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The and entry windows are used for adding new butchering elements to stock items. The and editor windows are used to alter parameters of butchering elements.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting elements from a recipe.
