Windows used for managing the directory contents:
All of these entry windows are opened from the context menu of the directory.
The editor window is opened by the command when one or more promotion formulas are selected.
If one promotion formula is selected, the editor window will open.
The window is composed of the following panels: Properties , Access , Filter , Query , Filter settings and Information .
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name – name of the promotion formula. Required field.
Promotion formula to specify a method of calculating a certain discount. The name is entered into the Promotion formula field of the window.
Description – brief description of the promotion formula.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
More detailed description can be entered into the Information panel.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
When two or more promotion formulas are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. The title in the window header is . A panel with a list of the selected promotion formulas is added to the window. The window contains the Properties and Access panels.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The entry window is used to add one or more new promotion formulas to the directory.
The entry window is opened by the command or by pasting one element from the clipboard.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The multiple entry window will open when pasting more than one element from the clipboard. The title in the window header is . The window contains a list of the selected promotion formulas and the Properties and Access panels.
