Abstract

TfmInputFromOutputDocuments_Report

The Stock in by stock out operational report is used to view information about usage of received stock items.

Location: Store - Operational reports - Stock in by stock out.

The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel listing the elements that match the selected filter parameters.

Stock-out records containing the selected stock items are displayed in the table as parent elements that include stock-in records for the selected stock items as child-elements.

Data grid columns:

Document – number of the document whose specification the stock item was included in.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Volume – volume of the stock item.
For a used stock item - the amount of stock item that was covered with the received stock item; for the received stock item - the amount of stock item needed to refill the stock level of the lacking stock item.
Store – name of the store on which the document was created.
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the store document specification.
Document date – date on which the document was created.
Price – stock item price.
Total – stock item total cost.
Comment – brief comment to the store document specification item.
Document type – store document type.
Status – store document status assigned by the user.
Status (store) – status of the document specification elements assigned after processing by the storekeeping system.
Status(overall) – overall status of the store document.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Type – stock item type.
Class – class of the stock item.
Volume in document – volume of the stock item specified in the specification.
For a stock-in document - the volume that was received according to the given document; for a stock-out document - all the used volume.
Price in document – price of the stock item.
Total in document – total cost of the stock item.

You cannot edit the Stock in by stock out report. Context menu commands:

Documents (F2) – views store document specifications.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
