Name – name of the draft.

Description – brief description of the draft.

Date – date and time when the draft was created.

Employee – user name of the employee who created the draft.

Status – draft status.

Active from – date and time when the draft will be activated automatically.

Security level – security level assigned to the draft.

System – system objects tag.

Add (Ins) – adds a new draft to the directory.

Edit / View (F2) – edits or views existing drafts.

The Edit command is only available for drafts with the status Not ready or Ready.

If the draft has been activated (has the status Active), the Edit command is replaced with the View command.

Delete (Del) – deletes selected drafts to the Recycle bin.

The Delete command is only available for drafts with the status Not ready.

Draft menu – opens the associated draft menu.

This command is only available when one draft is selected.

Draft menu groups – opens the viewing window of the associated draft menu groups.

This command is only available when one draft is selected.

Activate – substitutes the current menu with the draft menu associated with the selected draft.

This command is only available when one draft with the status Not ready or Ready is selected.

Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.

Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
