Windows used for managing the directory contents:

Reasons for restricted POS terminal operations and Reason for restricted POS terminal operations editor windows
New reason for restricted POS terminal operations entry window

All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the Reasons for restricted POS terminal operations directory.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command when one or more reasons for restricted POS terminal operations are selected.

If one item is selected in the table, the Reason for restricted POS terminal operations editor window will open:

Window fields:

Name – name of the restricted POS terminal operation reason. Required field.
The names of reasons are made available on the POS terminal screen after implementing a restricted operation (while attempting to save its changes). The names are also used in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.
Type – type of the reason for restricted POS operations.
The field is read-only in the editor window. This field can only be edited in the entry window. The field is required in the entry window.
Description – brief description of the reason for restricted POS terminal operations.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Wastage – whether the stock items that went into the order are deducted from inventory.
Value is selected from Yes and No. The default value is Yes.
Note
The Wastage field is only displayed for entries belonging to the Reasons for order deletion group.

These restricted POS terminal operations are displayed in the Deletions from orders with wastage operational report.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple editor window opens when two or more reasons for restricted POS terminal operations are selected. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected reasons for restricted POS terminal operations. The title in the window header is Reasons for restricted POS terminal operations.

The entry window is opened by the Add command. It makes possible to add a new reason for restricted POS terminal operations to be used in Tillypad XL POS .

The fields and panels are the same as in the Reason for restricted POS terminal operations window with the exception of the the Type field, which is read-only.

Selection is made from the Select restricted POS terminal operation reason type window, which contains a fixed list of reasons.
