The Preparation instructions panel enables to enter instructions on how to prepare the compound stock item. It is applied to dishes and semi-processed products.

The panel is composed of one multiline text box Preparation instructions.

The preparation instructions specify how to prepare the compound stock item. It includes guidelines on how to prepare ingredients, in which order they should be added, how long and at which temperature the dish should be cooked.
