The
operational report is used to view information about the turnover of stock items in a selected date range.Location:
- - .The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel listing the elements that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:
Store – name of the store where the document containing the stock item was created.
Stock item – name of the stock item that was moved.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
On hand (start of interval) – on hand amount at the start of the period.
Volume – amount of the stock item included in the store document. Positive values denote a stock-in operation, negative values denote a stock-out operation.
On hand (end of interval) – on hand amount at the end of the period.
Price – price of the stock item.
Total – total value of the stock item.
Price by cost – price of the stock item after cost price calculation.
Total by cost price – total value of the stock item.
Document – number of the document whose specification the stock item was included in.
Document date – date on which the document was created.
Document type – type of store document in which the stock item was included.
Status – status of the document in which the stock item was included.
Additional – additional information (names of stores or partners, as indicated in store document).
Class – class of the stock item.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – stock item type.
Comment – additional comment.
Employee – user name of the employee who created the document.
Description – short description of the document.
Index – index of the document in the operational report.
You cannot edit the stock item turnover operational report. Context menu commands:
– views store document specifications.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
