The Specification panel is intended to manage sales setting elements, i.e. relationships between concurrences and sales departments. Moreover, the panel is used to specify parameters for menu items associated with stock items.
The Specification panel is composed of the following columns:
Sales setting – name of the sales setting.
Sales department – name of the sales department where sales of menu items associated with the concurrence are recorded.
Concurrence – concurrence of the menu item.
Store – name of the store from where stock items are to be deducted when menu items associated with the concurrence are sold.
Remote printer – name of the printer.
Service provider – name of the device for routing various messages to notify of printing, canceling concurrence or readiness of ordered meals.
Order confirmation device – name of the device to which order-ready confirmation messages are sent.
Excluded from sale – determines whether menu items associated with the concurrence are excluded from sale.
Mode – remote printing mode.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new sales setting element.
(F2) – edits the selected sales setting specification elements.
(Del) – permanently deletes the selected elements from the sales setting specification.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The entry window is used to add a new element to the specification.
The or editor window is used for editing sales setting elements.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting sales setting elements.
