Windows used with sales setting elements:
All of these windows are opened from the sales setting specification.
The editor window is opened by the one or more sales setting elements are selected.
command whenIf one specification element is selected, the editor window will open.
The window contains the Properties and Duplicate printers panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Sales setting – name of the sales setting to which the element belongs. Required field.
Concurrence – concurrence for which the sales setting is configured. Required field.
Sales department – name of the sales department where sales of menu items associated with the concurrence are recorded. Required field.
Mode – remote printing mode that defines whether order items are grouped when printing an order ticket. Required field.
Options:
Each item on a separate ticket - each order item (with its child items) is printed on a separate order ticket.
All items on one ticket - all order items are printed on one order ticket (without grouping).
Items with the same concurrence on one ticket - order items are grouped by concurrence.
Items with the same course on one ticket - order items are grouped by course.
Items with the same concurrence and course on one ticket - order items are grouped by concurrence and course.
The default value is All items on one ticket.
Excluded from sale – temporarily removes all menu items associated with the concurrence from sale on the related POS terminal. They are not deleted from the directory. Required field.
Selection is made from Yes or No. Selecting Yes excludes the menu item from the list of items on the terminal.
Store – name of the store from where stock items are to be deducted when menu items associated with the concurrence are sold.
Remote printer – name of the remote printer.
Selection is made in the window from a list of devices that support a printer interface.
Service provider – service provider device for routing messages between segments.
Used when devices at front of house and kitchen are in different segments.
Selection is made in the window from a list of devices that support a service provider interface.
Order confirmation device – name of the device
to which order-ready confirmation messages are sent.
Selection is made in the window from a list of devices that support a message receipt interface.
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.When two or more sales setting elements are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. The title in the window header is . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected elements:
The fields and panels are the same as in the editor window.
When multiple sales setting elements are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected sales setting elements.
The entry window is opened from the context menu by the command and is used to add a new element to the specification.
