The following windows are used when working with experiment stock items:
Stock item entry window is opened from the context menu of development record's specification, while editor and viewing windows are opened from the menu.
The editor window is opened by the command from the menu. The window allows attributes of a stock item to be altered.
The window is composed of the following fields:
Document – number of the development record the specification of which contains the stock item. The field is read-only.
Parent – development record specification item which is the parent for the stock item.
This field is filled in only if the stock item is listed as an ingredient in the recipe of another stock item. Selection is made in the window.
Stock item – name of the stock item used in the experiment. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
After processing of the development record by the storekeeping system, the level of the stock item will be reduced.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item to be added.
Index – order of the stock item in the development record specification.
Click to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The editor window is opened by the command from the menu. The window allows a new item to be added to the specification.
The fields are the same as in the editor window.
The viewing window is opened by the command from the menu if a development record has the status Ready or Registered.
The fields are the same as in the editor window. All fields are read-only.
Selecting will close the viewer window.
