The Specification panel lists the stock items used in development and the experiments carried out with them.
Each table line contains the name of a stock item used in the development recipe. Experiments correspond to columns of the data grid. Each operation in an experiment is associated with a group of columns.
The data grid is composed of the following columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item or ingredient to be processed.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement to manage processed stock items and ingredients included in the recipe of a resulting dish.
It also relates to one or more groups of columns where experiments are described. This group contains five columns:
Volume – volume of the stock item before cold processing and cooking (gross).
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation (net volume).
Result – volume of the end product after cold preparation and cooking.
Price by cost – cost price of the stock item.
Total by cost price – total cost of the stock item.
The Volume, Nett and Result are filled in by the user when creating or editing development records.
The Price by cost and Total by cost price columns are filled in automatically when the development record is processed in the storekeeping system.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item or recipe item to the specification of the development record.
(F2) – edits or views items included in the specification of the development record.
The Not ready status if the specification has at least one stock item. If the development record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.
command is only enabled in the specification of development records with the– menu with the commands to manage individual stages of the development operation (experiments).
The
menu is composed of the following commands.(Shift+Ctrl+Ins) – adds a new experiment to the specification of the development record.
– edits or views experiments in the specification of the development record.
The Not ready status if the specification has at least one experiment. If the development record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced with the command in the menu.
command in the menu is enabled only in the specification of development records with the(Alt+D) – deletes an experiment from the specification of the development record.
The Not ready. If the development record has the status Ready or Registered, the command becomes disabled in the menu.
command in the menu is available only in filled in specification of development records with the status– cancels deletion of experiments from the development record.
This command is only available when deletion of an experiment from a specification caused an error when processing the record in the storekeeping system.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

The entry window is used to add stock items to the specification of the development record.
The editor window is used to edit specification items.
The editor window is used to edit the properties (processing or preparation wastage percentages) of specification items.
The viewing window is used to view the properties (processing wastages) of specification items in development records with the status Ready or Registered.
The entry window is used to add experiments to the specification of the development record.
The editor window is used to edit experiments.
The viewing window is used to view the properties of experiments in development records with the status Ready or Registered.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting experiments from development records.
If the development record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case the option in the context menu of the development record is replaced with the option.

If the context menu is opened for an experiment or experiment stock item, the

If the context menu is opened for a specification item (stock item losses data), the
command becomes available in the context menu.The

If an experiment stock item is selected when opening the
