Windows used with development records:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the document list.
The editor window is opened by the one or more development records are selected.

The editor window will contain the Properties , Specification and Preparation instructions panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Number – number of the development record. Required field.
Development record number can be generated automatically or entered manually. The number is automatically generated when opening the window or by clicking the selection button in the Number field. In this case automatic numbers are generated using the template specified in the directory.
If the store status is Deleted or Execution error, the number is provided with additional icons.
Description – brief description of the development record.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Date – date and time the development record was created. Required field.
The current date and time are automatically inserted when the document is created, but can be edited. The date entered in the development record must correspond to the date that the actual development was carried out.
The date can be entered in short format DD.MM.YY
(DD.MM.YYYY
) or long format DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS
.
Store – name of the store where the development operation was carried out. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The store name determines in which store stock levels will be reduced when the development record is processed or when estimating the percentage of cold processing and cooking wastages.
Stock item – name of the stock item that is processed or prepared in the development process. Required field.
The results of the development record are used when entering information on the recipe of a compound stock item or cold preparation and cooking wastage.
Volume – amount of the stock item produced by experiment. Required field.
This field is used to specify how much stock item was prepared as a result of the development operation.
Unit (stock item) – name of the stock item unit of measurement. The name of this field is not displayed in the window for more convenience.
This is a read-only field that displays the value specified for the stock item in the directory.
Result – resulting quantity of the end product.
This field contains extra information about the item produced as a result of the development operation. For example, it can be the weight of the main dish and the weight of a garnish or side dish that accompanies it.
Employee – user name of the employee who created the development record. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
User names are used for monitoring the completeness and correctness of recording of stock items consumed in the development process.
Status – development record status. Required field.
Value is selected from:
Not ready
Ready
Registered.
Access settings determine which users can assign which statuses to development records.
Click
to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.If the development record has the status Ready or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the Properties panel except the Status field are disabled.
When two or more records are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open.
The title in the window header changes to
. A panel with a list of the selected records is added to the editor window.The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to add one or more development records.
The entry window is opened by the command or when adding a record from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The window is opened when multiple development records are added from the clipboard.
