The
directory is used to manage store groups.Location:
- - .Data grid columns:
Name – name of the store group.
Description – brief description.
Security level – security level assigned to the store group.
Organisation – name of the partner which attributes specify the details of our own enterprise.
Segment – name of the segment the store group is in.
Cost price recalculation – whether cost price recalculation needs to be carried out.
Recalculate – whether purchase price recalculation needs to be carried out.
Interval – time interval between running purchase price calculation routine.
Period – period over which store documents are collected and purchase price is recalculated.
System – system objects tag.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new store group.
(F2) – edits the selected store groups.
(Del) – deletes the selected store groups to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
In order to add new store groups to the directory, use the and entry windows. The or editor window is used for editing items in the directory.
The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting stores from the
directory.The window is used to select store groups from form fields in other windows.
