The Collation report panel is used to enter the actual on-hand stock levels in the selected store.
The Collation report panel contains a list of the actual stock items included in the stocktaking record.
Data grid columns:
Document – number of the stocktaking record.
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the collation report of the stocktaking record.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Actual on hand – actual amount of the sock item on the store.
Parent – stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Concurrence – stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
Nett – net volume of stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cooking.
Result – net result of the stock item after cooking.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Type – stock item type under which the stock item is categorized.
Comment – short comment on the item of the stocktaking record collation report.
Class – class of the stock item.
Index – index of the stock item in the collation report of the stocktaking record.
Context menu of the collation report contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new stock item to the collation report of the stocktaking record.
This command is available in collation reports of stocktaking records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – edits or views collation report items.
The Not ready. If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced by the command.
command is available only in collation reports of stocktaking records with the status(Del) – permanently deletes the selected collation report items.
The Not ready. If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed or Registered, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in collation reports of stocktaking records with the status(Shift+F2) – sequentially edits collation report items.
The Not ready. If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed or Registered, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in collation reports of stocktaking records with the statusmovement of the selected stock items.
– views the operational report onThe command is available only for filled in collation reports of stocktaking records regardless of the records current status.
stock turnover of the selected stock items.
– views the operational report onThe command is available only for filled in collation reports of stocktaking records regardless of the records current status.
– adds the ingredients of the selected compound stock item to the collation report.
This command is available in collation reports of stocktaking records with the status Not ready, when selecting collation report items that are parents of other collation report items.
– menu with the commands to alter the document status.
When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
New collation report items are added using the and windows.
The and windows are used for editing collation report items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named .
The window is used to select a parent item for the listed collation report item.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting collation report items.
If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed or Registered, no changes can be made to its collation report. The collation report items become disabled, and in the specification context menu the command is replaced with the command.

The and viewing windows are used to view those collation report items that are disabled for editing.
