The Collation report panel is used to enter the actual on-hand stock levels in the selected store.

The Collation report panel contains a list of the actual stock items included in the stocktaking record.

Data grid columns:

Context menu of the collation report contains the following commands:

New collation report items are added using the New stocktaking record collation report item and New stocktaking record collation report items windows.

The Stocktaking record collation report item and Stocktaking record collation report items windows are used for editing collation report items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named Stocktaking record collation report item .

The Select stocktaking records collation report item window is used to select a parent item for the listed collation report item.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting collation report items.

If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed or Registered, no changes can be made to its collation report. The collation report items become disabled, and in the specification context menu the Edit command is replaced with the View command.

The Stocktaking record collation report item and Stocktaking record collation report items viewing windows are used to view those collation report items that are disabled for editing.
