The Specification panel is used to manage the list of stock items in the stock movement record specification.

Data grid columns:

  • Stock item indicates the stock item included in the stock movement record specification.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.

  • Quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item.

  • Cold preparation wastage % denotes the percentage of the stock item quantity modified during cold preparation.

  • Net is the net quantity of the stock item after cold preparation.

  • Cooking wastage % is the percentage of the stock item lost during cooking.

  • Yield is the amount of the stock item after cooking.

  • Comment is a short text comment.

  • Stock item group indicates the group to which the stock item belongs.

  • Parent is the name of the compound stock item, the recipe of which contains the listed stock item.

  • Type denotes the stock item type to which the given stock item belongs.

  • Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.

  • Concurrence is the name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.

  • Price by cost is the price of the stock item determined on the basis of cost price.

  • Total by cost price is the total stock item cost price.

  • Total cost of ingredient is the calculated cost price of a stock item that functions as an ingredient in a compound stock item's recipe.

  • Status (store) is the status of the specification item after it is processed by the storekeeping system.

    This value consists of the sending store status and the receiving store status, which are separated by a comma.

  • Document is the number of the stock movement record in which the stock items are included.

  • Calculated defines whether the stock item is calculated.

  • Index shows the order of the stock items in the stock movement record specification.

Context menu commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a stock item to the stock movement record specification.

    This command is accessible only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Not ready.

  • Edit / View (F2) – edits or displays guest tab specification items.

    The Edit command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Not ready. If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, the Edit command in the context menu is replaced by the View command.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the stock movement record.

    The Delete command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Not ready. If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, the Delete command in the context menu is disabled.

  • Select from stock items – selects stock items from the Stock items directory to add them sequentially to the stock movement record specification.

    The Select from stock items command is added to the specification context menu of a record with the status Not ready.

  • Select from stock on hand – selects stock items from the Stock on hand operational report to add them sequentially to the stock movement record specification.

    The Select from stock on hand command is only included the specification context menus of records with the status Not ready.

  • Edit sequentially (Shift+F2) – allows sequential editing of the stock movement record specification item.

    The Edit sequentially command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Not ready. If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, the Edit sequentially command in the context menu is disabled.

  • Stock movement – displays an operational report on the movement of the selected stock items.

    This command is only available for filled-in specifications of stock movement records, regardless of their current status.

  • Stock item turnover – displays an operational report on stock turnover of the selected stock items.

    This command is only available for filled-in specifications of stock movement records, regardless of their current status.

  • Stock out by stock in – displays the stock usage operational report for the selected stock items.

    This command is only available in specifications of stock movement records with the status Accepted and when root items (simple stock items or stock items with recipes) are selected.

  • Stock in by stock out – displays an operational report on receipt of the selected used stock items.

    This command is only available in specifications of stock movement records with the status Sent or Accepted when recipe items (simple stock items only) are selected.

  • Calculation – calculates stock items included in the stock movement record specification.

    This command is only accessible in specifications of stock movement records with the status Not ready.

  • Recalculate recipe – adds the recipe of the selected compound stock item to the specification.

    This command is only available when you select specification elements of production documents that have already been run on a store.

  • Undo delete – cancels the deletion of stock items from the specification of the stock movement record.

    The command is enabled only if the specification item that caused an error during document processing by the store software has been deleted.

  • Status – menu with the commands to alter the document status.

    When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

A new specification item can be added using the New stock movement record specification item entry window. The New stock movement record specification items window is used for adding multiple elements from the clipboard.

The Stock movement record specification item and Stock movement record specification items windows are used for editing specification elements. A sequential editor window can also be used; this window is also named Stock movement record specification item .

The Select stock movement record specification item window is used to select a parent item.

The confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete stock movement record specification items.

If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case, the specification items become read-only, and the Edit command is replaced with the View command in the context menu:

Selecting the View command will open the Stock movement record specification item or Stock movement record specification items viewing windows.
