All devices used in the program must be registered in the system. The Tillypad XL. It allows you to register devices, allocate their drivers, configure their parameters, and update their drivers. Information stored in the directories of the section is required to connect POS terminals and external devices to the system.

store information about software modules and configure their settings in order to control devices;
make changes to device parameters, enter additional device parameters;
monitor device states, view timed service device job logs and device loader error logs;
carry out remote screen view for devices and remotely control operations performed on those devices;
accumulate and store data about fiscal registrations and authorisation operations run on devices;
add information about keyboard layouts to the directory, assign various system functions to keyboard keys, and use SQL queries;
add information about the computers on which Tillypad XL Manager and Tillypad XL POS are run, edit computer attributes, and delete information about computers from the directory;
store information about authorisation devices and their types, parameters of these devices, and message formats;
store information about fiscal registers and their types, parameters of these devices, and message formats;
add on-screen button formats to the directory, assign these formats to selection buttons on POS terminals;
redirect information from one device to another, configure settings for sending messages to employees on specified notification devices.
