Windows used to manage recipe items:
All of these windows are opened from the Recipe panel's data grid.
The editor window is opened by the one or more recipe items are selected.

Window fields:
Recipe for – name of the compound item whose recipe contains the selected ingredient. Required field.
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the recipe as an ingredient. Required field.
Gross – gross volume of the stock item included into the recipe (expressed in preset unit of measurement). Required field.
Shows the initial volume of the stock item.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item. The name of this field is not displayed in the window. Required field.
The value is selected in the window. By default this field contains the value defined for this stock item in the directory.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
By default this field contains that percentage wastage (if it is relevant for this stock item) that is specified for the default cold preparation type.
Nett – volume of stock item after cold processing (expressed in preset units of measurement). Required field.
Cooking wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cooking. Required field.
By default this field contains that percentage wastage (if it is relevant for this stock item) that is specified for the default cooking type.
Result – final net volume of the stock item after cold preparation and cooking (expressed in preset units of measurement). Required field.
Order of weights – indicates the position of the resulting volume of the stock item in the Dish weights of the Recipe panel.
Index – order in which the stock item is added during preparation.
Recipe mode – determines how the ingredient is included in the recipe.

The default option is By stock item concurrence.
Recipe mode is used when adding the stock item to store documents and during recalculation.
If By stock item concurrence is selected for a stock item of the With recipe class, the stock item concurrence selected for the store defines whether recipe ingredients for the stock item need to be entered into the specification.
If Always with recipe is selected, compound stock items are entered into the specification along with their ingredients, regardless of whether its concurrence requires this or not.
If the Manual option is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification without its ingredients, even if its concurrence requires them to be entered.
Comment – brief description of the recipe item.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.When two or more recipe items are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. The title in the window header changes to . A panel with a list of the selected recipe items is added to the window.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to enter one or more new recipe items to the recipe.
The entry window is opened by the command or when pasting one stock item to the recipe from the clipboard.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to enter multiple recipe items simultaneously. The window is opened when two or more items are pasted from the clipboard. A panel with a list of the copied recipe items is added to the window along with compound items specified in brackets.
