The Access panel is used to specify the security level either directly assigned to the selected division or inherited by it.
The Access panel displays the field:
Security level defining the security level assigned to the division. This is a required field.
Please select a level in the window.
If the security level of the division is inherited from system settings, its name will be displayed in green.
In order for an employee to have access to data related to the division, the security level assigned to the division must be included in the access settings configured for that employee's user role.
