Additional promotion categories, along with the main guest tab promotion category (specified in the Properties panel) are taken into account when the guest tab is paid. All the promotion categories included into a guest tab are used to calculate discounts, markups and points according to applicable promotion types.
The Additional promotion categories panel is used to manage additional promotion categories.
Data grid columns:
Promotion category – name of the additional promotion category applied to the guest tab.
If any promotion category is assigned to the division, it is automatically added to the list of promotion categories of a guest tab created in this division. Promotion category can also be entered manually. Discounts, markups and points are calculated on the basis of the main promotion category specified in the Properties panel and all categories specified in the list according to applicable promotion types.
Guest tab – guest tab number.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds an additional promotion category to the guest tab specification.
The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status.
(F2) – edits or views additional promotion categories included in the guest tab specification.
This command is only available in a populated specification. The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status. The command is only available for guest tabs with the Closed status.
(Del) – permanently deletes the selected promotion categories from the specification.
The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

The and entry windows are used to add new additional categories to the guest tab specification.
The and windows are used for editing promotion categories.
The and windows are used for viewing promotion categories of guest tabs with the status Closed.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting guest tab promotion categories. Only promotion categories of the guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status can be deleted.
A guest tab with the status Closed cannot be edited. In this case specification items are closed for editing, and the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.
