A guest tab includes all orders made by a customer during a visit and all necessary information: customer name, his promotions, points, ID, table, etc.

document list is used to manage guest tabs created inLocation:

Number – number of the guest tab.
Open date – date and time the guest tab was opened.
Close date – date and time the guest tab was closed.
Total by orders – total value of orders on the guest tab.
Table – table of one or more customers.
Table number – number of the table.
Number of customers – number of customers on the guest tab.
Division – name of the division on which the guest tab was opened.
POS terminal – name of the POS terminal on which the guest tab was opened.
Regular customer – client for whom the guest tab was opened.
Regular customer name – name of the client who has the promotion category.
External client authorisation device – name of the external client authorisation device.
ID – client's ID.
Promotion category – name of the promotion category applied.
Employee – user name of the employee who opened the guest tab.
Guest tab status – status of the guest tab:
Open – the document has been opened and is available for changes. An opened guest tab is displayed on the POS terminals of the division
Closed – document has been created and and closed, no changes can be made
Open for changes – the guest tab was closed and then opened again for editing. The guest tab that is opened for changes is not displayed on POS terminals. Editing can only be made in Tillypad XL Manager
In preparation – the guest tab is ready, but not displayed on the POS terminals. Changes can only be made in the Tillypad XL Manager
Language pack – language pack of the guest tab.
Notification – automatically inform external systems about their clients' guest tabs.
The external client authorisation device is used to transmit the information on opening and closing of guest tabs in the formats selected for this device.
Comment – text comments on the guest tab.
System – system objects tag.
Suspended – denotes that the client's ID is suspended.
Context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – creates (opens) a new guest tab.
(F2) – edits the selected guest tabs.
(Del) – permanently deletes the selected guest tabs.
The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open, Open for changes or In preparation status.
A guest tab with the Closed status cannot be deleted, and the command in the context menu is disabled.
When deleting guest tabs, you need to confirm deletion of documents that are related to the guest tabs: orders, bills, receipts and select actions from the list: delete authorisation operations and delete fiscal registration operations.
All required documents and operations must be specified in the delete confirmation window. Otherwise deletion will not be completed and an error message will be returned.
– recalculates the amount of guest tabs according to applicable promotion formulas depending on primary and additional promotions.
(Shift+F2) – generates a bill on the basis of orders included into the guest tab.
The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open status, if they contain orders with no generated bills.
All the orders must be closed to enable generating a bill. Then the order closure confirmation prompt opens.

The and entry windows are used to add new guest tabs. The and windows are used for editing.
The order closure confirmation prompt is used when generating a bill for orders in the selected open guest tab.
The window is used to calculate the total sum for the guest tab with all promotions.
