The directory is used to manage images for illustrating groups and menu items on the POS terminal.

Data grid columns:
Name – name of the menu picture or menu picture group.
Description – brief description of the menu picture.
File name – name of the picture file.
Image – image to illustrate menu groups or items on the POS terminal.
Security level – security level assigned to or inherited by the menu picture.
System – system objects tag.
In the table menu pictures are displayed with all their attributes. As for picture groups only their names are made available. Other attributes can be viewed in the directory's data grid.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new menu picture.
(Alt+Ins) – adds a new menu picture group.
(F2) – edits the selected menu pictures or menu picture groups.
(Del) – deletes selected menu pictures or menu picture groups to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The and entry windows are used for adding new menu pictures to the directory. The and windows are used for editing menu pictures.
In order to add new menu picture groups to the directory, the and entry windows are used. Attributes of the selected menu picture groups can be altered using the and editor windows.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting menu pictures or menu picture groups.
The window is used to access the directory from fields of other directories. The window is intended to select menu picture groups.
