The following windows are used when working with stock-out record specification items:
All of these windows are opened from the specification of the stock-out record.
The editor window is opened by the one or more specification items are selected.
command whenIf one specification item is selected, the window will open. Fields in windows depend on whether this item is independent or subordinate to another item in the specification.
Window fields:
Document – number of the stock-out record. Required field.
Parent – name of the parent item of the stock item.
Selection is made in the window.
The field is populated only for stock items included in the recipe of another stock item.
The name of the stock item with recipe (dish or ingredient) whose recipe the listed stock item is included in is specified in the field.
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification of the stock-out record from the directory or from the operational report. Required field.
The field has a drop down list with the following commands:
and .Volume – amount of the stock item in units of measurement. Required field.
Volume of the stock item indicates the amount by which the stock on hand will be diminished once the document is successfully processed by the storekeeping system.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item. Required field.
The name of this field is not displayed in the window for more convenience. Selection is made in the window.
Unit of measurement shows how to measure volumes of stock items included in the specification of the stock-out record.
Price – stock item price per unit. Required field.
Price is defined per one unit of the stock item (quantity or volume).
The price at which the stock item is released from the store is used for calculating stock item cost prices.
Total – total value of the specified volume of the stock item. Required field.
Populated automatically after entering values in the Price and Volume fields.
Amount = price * volume
VAT % – VAT rate applicable to the stock item. Required field.
In the drop-down menu there is a list of all VAT rates from the directory.
This percentage defines the amount of (VAT) for the selected stock item. The default VAT is specified in the directory.
VAT amount – amount of VAT on the selected stock item. Required field.
The field is populated automatically after entering values in the Total and VAT % fields.
VAT amount = amount * VAT %.
This percentage defines the amount of (VAT) for the selected stock item.
Inc. VAT – total cost of the specified stock item amount including VAT. Required field.
The field is populated automatically after entering values in the Total and VAT % fields. Amount including VAT determines the total amount for delivered goods to be paid by partners.
This value shows the amount of money including VAT to be paid for goods.
Index – index of the stock item in the stock-out record specification.
Comment – short comment.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Recipe mode – indicates how stock items are included in the stock-out record. Required field.

The default value is By stock item concurrence.
If By stock item concurrence is selected for a stock item, the stock item concurrence defines whether recipe ingredients for the stock item need to be entered into the specification. The Recalculate child items field is unavailable.
If Always with recipe is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification along with its ingredients, regardless of whether its concurrence requires this or not. The Recalculate child items field is unavailable.
If the Manual option is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification without its ingredients, even if its concurrence requires them to be entered. The Recalculate child items field is available.
Recalculate child items – defines whether the volumes of the ingredients need to be recalculated when the volume of the compound stock item is changed. Required field.

If Recipe from directory is selected, when the volume of the compound stock item is changed, the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of its child stock items change according to the specification of the compound stock item recipe defined in the directory.
If Recalculate is selected, changing the volume of the compound stock item will change values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields for stock items included in its recipe.
If Don't recalculate is selected, changing the volume of the compound stock item will not change values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields for stock items included in its recipe.

If a stock item is an ingredient in a recipe of a compound stock item, in the editor window, instead of the Price, Total, VAT %, VAT amount and Inc. VAT fields, contains the following fields:
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
The value is selected from a drop-down list that contains the names of the cold preparation wastages defined in the directory.
The drop-down list will only open if the stock items directory contains at least one definition of cold preparation wastage.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation. Required field.
The value in this field is calculated automatically from the values entered into the Volume and Cold preparation wastage % fields.
Net volume = Volume - Volume*Cold preparation wastage %Cooking wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cooking preparation.
The value is selected from a drop-down list that contains the names of the cooking preparation wastages defined in the directory.
The drop-down list will only open if the stock items directory contains at least one definition of cooking wastage.
Result – net result of the stock item after cold preparation and cooking. Required field.
Calculated automatically on the basis of values in the Nett and Cooking wastage % fields.
Result = Net volume - Net volume*Cooking wastage %If two or more specification items were selected, the command will open the editor window. It has a panel displaying a list of selected specification items, with the stock-out record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
Only specification items of the same type (only complete stock items or only ingredients) can be selected simultaneously for editing.
Similarly, two or more specification items of different stock-out records can be selected simultaneously for editing.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
Similarly, two or more specification items of different stock-out records can be selected simultaneously for editing.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The entry window is used to enter one or more new items.
The entry window is opened by the command in the context menu of the specification or when adding one stock item to the specification from the clipboard.
Stock items can be added to the specification independently or as child items (ingredients in recipes of compound stock items).
The stock-out record specification item entry window opens in standalone stock item configuration by default.

When Manual is selected in the Recipe mode field, the Unfold recipe field in the entry window is available.
Unfold recipe – defines whether recipe ingredients should be added, when a stock item with recipe is added to the specification. Required field.
Value is selected from Yes and No.
If Yes is selected, along with the compound stock item, ingredients of its recipe are added to the specification. If No is selected, only a compound stock item is added to the specification.
When a stock item is added to the specification as an ingredient of a recipe, the fields in the entry window change.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The entry window opens when multiple stock items are added to the specification simultaneously from the clipboard.
By default, the independent stock item entry window opens, that contains a list of added stock items. It has a panel displaying a list of selected specification items, with the stock-out record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
When the Parent field is filled in, the fields in the entry window change.

The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The sequential editing window is opened by the command when an independent specification item (a simple stock item or a stock item with recipe) is selected. The sequential editor window allows stock-out specification items that do not have parent item to be edited sequentially in the order that they appear in the document specification without closing the window.
During sequential editing the editor window contains the
and buttons.The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The stock-in record specification item viewing window is opened by the command and allows one or more selected items to be viewed.
The window is opened when one or more specification items of a stock-out record with the status Ready or Registered are selected. The window is read-only, all fields are disabled.

Selecting
