The IDs panel is intended to manage IDs assigned to stock items. IDs (for example, barcodes) are used to select stock items when preparing various documents. The IDs panel's data grid displays all IDs assigned to the stock item.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item that the ID is specified for.
Container type – name of the container type used for storage of the stock item.
Volume – volume of the stock item represented by the ID.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement used for the stock item.
Code – code assigned to the ID.
Type – type of the ID.
Mask – attribute to indicate whether the ID code is a mask.
Comment – short comment on the ID.
The panel context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new ID to the stock item.
(F2) – edits the selected IDs.
(Del) – permanently deletes IDs assigned to the stock item.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The entry window is used to add a new ID to a stock item. The and editor windows are used to alter parameters of stock item IDs.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock item IDs.
