Windows used with sales record:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the document list.
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu when one or more sales records are selected.
If one sales record is selected in the data grid, the editor window will open.
The window contains the Properties and Specification panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Number – sales record number. Required field.
The sales record number is usually generated automatically using the template specified in the directory. The number is generated automatically when a sales record is automatically registered.
An icon is displayed in the Number field to illustrate the status of the sales record. If the sales record store status is Running or Execution error, an additional icon is displayed to the right of the number.
Description – brief description of the sales record.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Date – date and time the sales record was created. Required field.
Business day – business day on which the sales record was created. Required field.
Store – name of the store for which the sales record was created.
Selection is made in the window.
When the record is processed by the storekeeping system, the stock level of the stock items included in the sales record will be decreased on that store.
Employee – user name of the employee who created the sales record. Required field.
Status – sales record status. Required field.
Selection is made from Not ready, Ready or Registered.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The sales record must have the status Registered to be processed by the storekeeping system. Selecting or in the editor window when the status is Not ready или Ready will open a confirmation prompt.
If the sales record has the status Ready or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the the editor window except the Status field are disabled.
The multiple editor window opens when more than one sales record is selected for editing. A panel with the list of the selected elements is added to the editor window.
