The Specification panel is designed to manage stock items included into the sales record specification.
The panel contains the list of stock items associated with the manu items which have been sold. Parent items in the list are simple stock items or stock items with a recipe. Child items (ingredients) can also be simple stock items or simple items with a recipe (semi-finished products).
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item in the sales record specification.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Volume – amount of the stock item in the sales record.
Concurrence – name of the stock item concurrence applied to stock items when the user adds them to the sales record specification.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage – percentage of stock item lost during cooking.
Result – net result of the stock item after cooking.
Price by cost – cost price of the stock item shown the sales record specification.
Total by cost price – total cost price of the stock item shown the sales record specification.
Parent – name of the stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Total cost of ingredient – cost price of the ingredients.
Status (store) – status assigned to the sales record specification item after it has been processed by the storekeeping system.
Index – order of the stock item in the sales record specification.
Calculated – defines whether the calculation of the sales record specification item has been done.
Comment – short comment.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – type of the stock item.
Document – number of the sales record.
Class – name of the class with which the stock item is associated.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the sales record specification.
(F2) – edits or views stock items included into the sales record specification.
The Not ready. If the sales record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.
command is available only in specifications of sales records with the status(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the sales record.
The Not ready. If the sales record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of sales records with the status(Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.
The Not ready. If the sales record has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of sales records with the statusmovement of the selected stock items.
– opens the operational report onThis command is available only for filled in specifications of sales records regardless of the documents' current status.
stock turnover of the selected stock items.

The command is available in specifications of sales records with the Not ready status, when selecting specification items that are parents for other specification items.

The command is enabled if only the specification item that caused an error of document processing by store software has been deleted.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

The and entry windows are used to add stock items to the sales record specification.
The and editor windows are used to edit attributes of stock items included into the sales record specification. A sequential editor window can also be used for editing, which is also named .
The window is used to select the specification parent item.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock items from the specification.
If the sales record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu.
When one or more stock items included in the sales record specification are selected, the or viewing window will open.
