Sales record
Specification panel of the Sales record

Sales records are used to describe the deduction of stock items as a result of the sale of menu items belonging to the Stock item class. For example, the deduction of 200 ml of the "carrot fresh juice" stock item after the sale of 1 portion of the "carrot fresh" menu item.

When a sales record is processed by the storekeeping system, the stock levels of those stock items which are associated with relevant menu items or ingredients of a recipe will be adjusted accordingly.

If a menu item is associated with a simple stock item, its volume will be adjusted as a result of processing a sales record. If a menu item is associated with a stock item with a recipe, the deduction of this stock item or its ingredients will depend on stock item concurrence.
