The operational report is used to view store document specification items that caused errors in store period closure on the selected store group.

The window is composed of the Document errors and Document specification item errors panels.
The Document errors panel displays the data grid with store documents on which errors were detected when closing the store period.
Data grid columns:
Document – store document number.
Document date – date on which the store document was created.
Document type – store document type.
Error – error message returned when closing store periods.
The period selected for closure contains outgoings linked to incomings whose date is later than the end of the period.
The period selected for closure contains undistributed outgoings.
There are documents in the period selected for closure that have not yet been processed.
Store – name of the store for which the store document was created.
Status – status of the store document.
Status (store) – status of the store document after processing by the storekeeping system.
Status(overall) – overall status of the store document.
You cannot edit the above fields. The context menu contains commands to perform the following tasks:
(F2) – views store documents.
The command opens one or more selected documents.
The command is available only when selecting store documents of the same type.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The Document specification item errors panel displays the list of stock items from specifications of the documents on which errors were detected.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – stock item – specification item which has caused an error when closing the store period.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Price by cost – price of the stock item specified in a store document.
Total by cost price – cost price of the stock item specified in a store document.
Type – stock item type.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Class – class of the stock item.
Document – store document number.
Document date – date on which the store document was created.
Document type – store document type.
Error – error message returned when closing store periods.
