Stocktaking record specification item window

Windows used with stocktaking record specification items:

All of these windows are opened from the Specification panel.

The Stocktaking record specification item editor window is opened by the Edit command when one or more specification items are selected.

If one stock item is selected, the Stocktaking record specification item editor window opens.

The fields displayed in the window depend on whether the item is a lacking or excessive.

Fields of editor window for lacking stocktaking record specification items (stock on hand of stock items included into the specification after processing the stocktaking record by the storekeeping system). If stock items have the Stock-out operation type in the specification:

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If the excessive stock item (Stock-in operation type) is selected, the window contains additional fields:

The Price and Total fields are added:

The multiple specification items editor window opens when more than one item is selected for editing.

The title in the window header is Stocktaking record specification items. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected specification items, with the stocktaking record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.

Two variants of this window are possible:

If multiple lacking specification items (with the Stock-out operation type) are selected in one or more stocktaking records, the editor window looks like this:

The fields are the same as in the lacking specification item editor window.

If multiple excessive specification items (Stock-in operation type) are selected in one or more stocktaking records, the editor window looks like this:

The fields are the same as in the excessive specification item editor window.

The stocktaking record specification item viewing window allows one or more selected items to be viewed.

The window is opened by the View command when an item of a stocktaking record with the status Ready or Registered is selected.

Two variants of this window are possible:

If the stock item has the Stock-out operation type in the specification, the viewing window looks like this:

Fields are the same as in the lacking specification item editor window.

Selecting Close will close the viewer window.

If specification items with the Stock-in operation type are selected, the viewing window looks like this:

Only specification items of the same type (lacking or excessive) can be viewed simultaneously.
