Windows used with stocktaking record specification items:
All of these windows are opened from the Specification panel.
The editor window is opened by the command when one or more specification items are selected.
If one stock item is selected, the editor window opens.
The fields displayed in the window depend on whether the item is a lacking or excessive.
Fields of editor window for lacking stocktaking record specification items (stock on hand of stock items included into the specification after processing the stocktaking record by the storekeeping system). If stock items have the Stock-out operation type in the specification:
Document – number of the stocktaking record. The field is read-only.
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification. The field is read-only.
Operation type – type of the operation performed to match the actual on-hand stock level to the theoretical on-hand stock level.
The value is selected from (empty), Stock-in and Stock-out.
If the stock item has the Stock-out operation type, the theoretical on-hand stock level will be reduced after the stocktaking record is registered. If case of the Stock-in type, the theoretical on-hand stock level will be increased. If (empty) is set to the Operation type field, the theoretical on-hand stock level will remain unchanged.
Actual on hand – actual stock level of the stock item defined after the stocktake. The field is read-only.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the actual stock level of the item. The field is read-only.
Theoretical on hand – theoretical stock item on hand calculated by the storekeeping system. The field is read-only.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the theoretical oh-hand stock level. The field is read-only.
Calculated difference – difference between the actual and the theoretical stock level. The field is read-only.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the calculated difference between the actual and the theoretical on-hand stock level. The field is read-only.
Accepted difference – value by which the stock on hand will be adjusted.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement for the difference volume. The field is read-only.
Purchase price – purchase price of the stock item.
Click to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
If the excessive stock item (Stock-in operation type) is selected, the window contains additional fields:
The Price and Total fields are added:
Price – price at which the selected stock item will be received.
Total – total cost of the received stock item.
The value in this field is calculated automatically from the values entered into the Accepted difference and Price fields.
The multiple specification items editor window opens when more than one item is selected for editing.
The title in the window header is . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected specification items, with the stocktaking record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
Two variants of this window are possible:
for multiple lacking specification items (Stock-out operation type)
for multiple excessive specification items (Stock-in operation type)
If multiple lacking specification items (with the Stock-out operation type) are selected in one or more stocktaking records, the editor window looks like this:
The fields are the same as in the lacking specification item editor window.
If multiple excessive specification items (Stock-in operation type) are selected in one or more stocktaking records, the editor window looks like this:
The fields are the same as in the excessive specification item editor window.
The stocktaking record specification item viewing window allows one or more selected items to be viewed.
The window is opened by the command when an item of a stocktaking record with the status Ready or Registered is selected.
Two variants of this window are possible:
for lacking specification item (Stock-out operation type)
for excessive specification item (Stock-in operation type)
If the stock item has the Stock-out operation type in the specification, the viewing window looks like this:
Fields are the same as in the lacking specification item editor window.
Selecting will close the viewer window.
If specification items with the Stock-in operation type are selected, the viewing window looks like this:
Fields are the same as in the excessive specification item editor window.
The multiple specification items viewing window opens when more than one item is selected for editing.
Only specification items of the same type (lacking or excessive) can be viewed simultaneously.
The title in the window header is . It has a panel displaying a list of the the selected specification items, with the stocktaking record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
