The Specification panel is used for entering and editing stock items in the stock adjustment record specification.
The Specification panel lists stock items for which the operation type has been specified. If Stock-out is selected, the stock item will be dedicated from store. If Stock-in is selected, the stock item will be received.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item to be deducted from or received in the store.
Parent – name of the stock item whose recipe contains the listed item.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Volume – volume of the stock item included in the stock adjustment record specification.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cooking.
Result – volume of the end product after cold preparation and cooking wastage.
Operation type – type of operation carried out with the stock item.
Selection is made from Stock-out and Stock-in.
Concurrence – name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
Price by cost – price of the stock item after cost price calculation.
Total by cost price – stock item cost price.
Total cost of ingredient – calculated cost price of the stock item that is an ingredient in a compound stock item recipe.
Price – stock item price per unit. Filled in only for Stock-in operations.
Total – total price of the indicated volume of the stock item. Filled in only for Stock-in operations.
Status (store) – status of the stock adjustment record item.
Calculated – defines whether the stock item has been calculated.
Comment – brief description.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Class – class of the stock item.
Type – stock item type.
Document – number of the stock adjustment record which specification contains the stock item.
Index – index of the stock item in the stock adjustment record specification.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new item to the stock adjustment record specification.
The command is available only in specifications of stock adjustment records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – edits or views items included in the stock adjustment specification.
(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification.
(Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence.

stock turnover of the selected stock items.

calculation of stock items included in the stock adjustment record specification.
–Command is available only when selecting specification items of stock adjustment records with the status Not ready.
– updates the specification with changes made to stock items included in the recipe of the selected compound stock item.
The command is available in specifications of stock adjustment records with the status Not ready, when selecting specification items that are parents for other specification items.
– cancels the deletion of stock items from the specification of the stock adjustment record.
The command is enabled if only the specification item that caused an error of document processing by store software has been deleted.
– menu with the commands to alter the document status.
When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

New specification items are added using the and entry windows.
The and windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named .
The window is used to select the parent specification item.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock adjustment record specification items.
A stock adjustment record with the status Ready or Registered cannot be edited. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.

The and windows are used for viewing properties of specification items in stock adjustment records with the status Ready or Registered.
