The Specification panel is used for entering and editing stock items in the stock adjustment record specification.

The Specification panel lists stock items for which the operation type has been specified. If Stock-out is selected, the stock item will be dedicated from store. If Stock-in is selected, the stock item will be received.

Data grid columns:

The specification context menu contains the following commands:

New specification items are added using the New stock adjustment record specification item and New stock adjustment record specification items entry windows.

The Stock adjustment record specification item and Stock adjustment record specification items windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named Stock adjustment record specification item .

The Select stock adjustment record specification item window is used to select the parent specification item.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock adjustment record specification items.

A stock adjustment record with the status Ready or Registered cannot be edited. In this case specification items are disabled, and the Edit command in the context menu is replaced with the View command.

The Stock adjustment record specification item and Stock adjustment record specification items windows are used for viewing properties of specification items in stock adjustment records with the status Ready or Registered.
