The following windows are used when working with stock adjustment record specification items:
The editor window is opened by the one or more specification items are selected in the document.
command whenIf one specification item is selected, the editor window will open. The view of the editor window depends on which specification item is selected:
for standalone specification item marked as Stock-out,
for child specification item marked as Stock-out,
for standalone specification item marked as Stock-in.
The editor window for a standalone (simple or compound) stock item marked as Stock-out looks like this:
The editor window for a standalone specification item (simple stock item or stock item with a recipe) is composed of the following fields:
Document – stock adjustment report which specification contains the stock item. Required field.
Parent – name of the stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Selection is made in the window.
This field remains empty for standalone specification items (simple or compound stock items).
Stock item – stock adjustment record specification item. The field has a drop down list with the following commands:
Operation type – type of the operation carried out on the listed stock item. Required field.
Selection is made from Stock-out and Stock-in.
After the stock adjustment record has been run on the store, the level of stock items marked as Stock-out in the specification will be diminished, while the level of stock items marked as Stock-in will be increased.
Volume – amount of the stock item in units of measurement. Required field.
If the stock item was selected in the window, the default value in the Volume field will be the absolute amount of the stock item on hand.
Volume of the stock item indicates the amount by which the stock on hand will be increased or cut down once the document is successfully processed by the storekeeping system.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement used for the stock item. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
Unit of measurement shows the way of measuring volumes of the stock item included in the specification of the stock adjustment record.
Index – order of the stock item in the specification.
Recipe mode – indicates how stock items are included in the specification. Required field.

By stock item concurrence
Always with recipe
Manual
The default value is By stock item concurrence.
If By stock item concurrence is selected for a stock item of the With recipe class, the stock item concurrence selected for the store defines whether recipe ingredients for the stock item need to be entered into the specification.
If Always with recipe is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification along with its ingredients, regardless of whether its concurrence requires this or not.
If the Manual option is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification without its ingredients, even if its concurrence requires them to be entered.
Comment – brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Recalculate child items – defines whether the volumes of the ingredients need to be recalculated when the volume of the compound stock item is changed. Required field.
This field is available only when Manual is selected in the Recipe mode field.

Recipe from directory
Recipe from directory
Don't recalculate
If Recipe from directory is selected, when the volume of a compound stock item is changed, the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of its child stock items change according to the specification of the compound stock item recipe defined in the directory.
If Recalculate is selected, changing the volume of the compound stock item will change the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of the stock items included in its recipe.
If Don't recalculate is selected, changing the volume of the compound stock item will not change the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of the stock items included in its recipe.
For a child specification item (recipe item) marked as Stock-out, the editor window looks like this:
The following fields are added to this window: Cold preparation wastage %, Nett, Cooking wastage % and Result.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
The value is selected from a drop-down list that contains the names of the cold preparation wastages defined in the directory and the (empty) option that allows the stock item to be entered without defining its cold preparation wastage.
If the directory does not contain any definitions of cold preparation wastage, only the (empty) option will be available for selection.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation. The value in this field is calculated automatically from the values entered into the Volume and Cold preparation wastage % fields.
Nett=Volume-Volume*Cold preparation wastage %/100
Cooking wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cooking.
The value is selected from a drop-down list that contains the names of the cooking wastages defined in the directory and the (empty) option that allows the stock item to be entered without defining its cooking wastage.
If the directory does not contain any definitions of cold preparation wastage, only the (empty) option will be available for selection.
Result – net result of the stock item after cold preparation and cooking. The value in this field is calculated automatically from the values entered into the Nett and Cooking wastage % fields.
Result = Nett - Nett*Cooking wastage %/100
For a specification item marked as Stock-in, the editor window looks like this:
The windows does not contain the Parent and Recipe mode fields, but is has the Price and Total fields.
Price – price per unit of the stock item. Required field.
Price is defined per one unit of the stock item (quantity or volume).
The price at which the stock item is received is used for calculating stock item cost prices.
Total – total value of the specified volume of the stock item. Populated automatically after entering values in the Price and Volume fields.
Total = price * volume
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.The multiple specification items editor window opens when more than one item is selected for editing.
The title in the window header is
. It has a panel displaying the list of the the selected specification items, with the stock adjustment record that they relate to is specified in brackets to the right of each item.Only the same type specification items can be selected for editing:

The entry window is used to enter one or more new items to the specification.
The entry window is opened by the command from the context menu or when adding one stock item to the specification from the clipboard.
Stock items can be added to the specification as standalone items or as child items (ingredients in recipes of compound stock items).
When adding a stock item to the specification, the following entry windows are used:
for standalone specification item marked as Stock-out
for child specification item marked as Stock-out
for standalone specification item marked as Stock-in
By default, the specification item entry window opens in standalone stock item configuration.
If Manual is selected in the Recipe mode field, the window contains the Unfold recipe field.
Unfold recipe – defines whether recipe ingredients should be added, when a compound stock item is added to the specification. Required field.
Value is selected from Yes and No.
If Yes is selected, ingredients of the recipe are added to the specification along with the compound stock item. If No is selected, only a compound stock item is added to the specification.
When a parent element is selected, the stock item that is being entered becomes a child element (an ingredient in the recipe of the parent element) and the fields in the window change:
If the stock item marked as Stock-in is selected, fields in the windows change:
If a stock item marked as Stock-in is added to the specification without its price being specified, an attempt to save the document will return the error message.
The panels and fields are the same as in the window.
The
entry window is opened when multiple stock items are added to the specification from the clipboard. A panel with the list of the selected stock items is added to the window.The following entry windows can be used to add specification items:

The specification item sequential editor window is opened by the command when selecting a standalone specification item.

The specification item viewing window allows one or more selected items to be viewed.
The window is opened by the Ready or Registered.
