Windows used with stock adjustment records:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the document list.
The editor window is opened by the command when one or more stock adjustment records are selected.
If one stock adjustment record is selected in the table, the editor window will open. The window will contain the Properties and Specification panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Number – stock adjustment record number. Required field.
The number can be generated automatically or entered manually. Automatic generation occurs when the window is opened or when the selection button in the Document field is pressed. In this case numbers are generated using the template specified in the directory.
If the record store status is Running or Execution error, additional icons will be displayed to the right of the record number.
Description – brief description of the stock adjustment record.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Date – date and time of the operation documented by the stock adjustment record. Required field.
The current date and time are automatically inserted when the document is created, but can be edited.
Store – name of the store from where stock items are deducted. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The store name identifies the store where stock on hand will be adjusted according to the list of items in the specification after processing the stock adjustment record. The level of a stock item with the Stock-out operation type will be decreased, while the stock of a stock item with the Stock-in operation type will be increased.
Employee – user name of the employee who created the record. Required field.
Selection is made in the window. The user name of the current system user is entered into this field by default.
Type – type of the stock adjustment record. Required field.
Status – status of the stock adjustment record. Required field.
Value is selected from:
Not ready
Ready
Registered
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
If the stock adjustment record has the status Ready or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All the fields in the Properties panel of the editor window except the Status field are disabled.
The multiple editor window opens if two or more records are selected for editing.
The title in the window header changes to . A panel with the list of the selected stock adjustment records is added to the window.
If two or more stock adjustment records with different statuses are selected for editing, changes that are made will be applied to all of the selected records with the status Not ready.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The entry window is used to add one or more stock adjustment records.
The window is opened by the command or when adding a single record from the clipboard.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
When adding stock adjustment stocks from the clipboard, a paste type selection window opens.
The Paste type list enables the user to specify how to add stock items from the clipboard to the stock adjustment record specification.
Stock in – all the items will be added to the specification as belonging to the Stock-in type
Stock out – all the items will be added to the specification as belonging to the Stock-out type
From clipboard – items will be added to the specification as belonging to those types specified in the stock adjustment record from the clipboard.
The entry window is opened when multiple records are added from the clipboard. A panel with the list of the selected records is added to the window.
