The Collation report panel is used to enter the actual on-hand stock levels for the selected store.
The Collation report panel contains a list of the actual stock items included in the stocktaking record.
Data grid columns:
Document indicates the number of the stocktaking record.
Stock item is the stock item included in the collation report of the stocktaking record.
Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.
Actual on hand designates the actual amount of the stock item in the store.
Parent indicates the stock item, the recipe of which contains the listed stock item.
Concurrence designates the stock item concurrence that applies to the stock item.
Cold preparation wastage % denotes the percentage of the stock item quantity modified during cold preparation.
Net is the net quantity of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % denotes the percentage by which the quantity changes as a result of cooking.
Yield is the amount of the stock item after cooking.
Stock item group indicates the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Type denotes the stock item type to which the given stock item belongs.
Comment is a short comment on the stocktaking record collation report item.
Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.
Index is the place of the stock item in the order of the stocktaking record collation report.
The context menu of the collation report contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new stock item to the collation report of the stocktaking record.
This command is available in the collation reports of stocktaking records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – allows editing or viewing of collation report items.
/The Not ready. If the stocktaking record has the Ready, Processed or Registered status, the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.

(Del) – permanently deletes items from the stocktaking record collation report.
The Not ready status. If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed, or Registered, the command in the context menu becomes unavailable.

When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

New collation report items are added by using the and windows.
The and windows are used for editing collation report items. A sequential editor window can also be used; this window is also named .
The window is used to select a parent element for the listed collation report item.
The confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete collation report items.
If the stocktaking record has the status Ready, Processed, or Registered, no changes can be made to its collation report. In this case, the collation report items become read-only, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu.
The and viewing windows are used to view collation report elements that are disabled for editing.
