Windows used with production records:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the document list.
The editor window is opened by the command when one or more production records are selected.
If one production record is selected, the editor window will open.
The window contains the Properties and Specification panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Number – number of the production record. Required field.
Production record number can be generated automatically or entered manually. The number is automatically generated when opening the window or by clicking the selection button in the Number field. In this case automatic numbers are generated using the template specified in the directory.
If the record store status is Running or Execution error, additional icons will be displayed to the right of the record number.
Description – description of the production record.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Date – date and time the production record was created. Required field.
Store – name of the store where items were produced. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The store name determines in which store stock levels will be adjusted when the production record is processed.
Employee – user name of the employee who created the production record. Required field.
Status – status of the production record assigned by the user. Required field.
Value is selected from:
Not ready
Ready
Registered
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
If the production record has the status Ready or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the Properties panel of the editor window except the Status field are disabled.
When two or more production records are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open.
The title in the window header changes to . A panel with the list of the selected production records is added to the window.
If more than one production record with different statuses is selected for editing, changes that are made will be applied to all of the selected records with the status Not ready.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to add one or more production records.
The window is opened by the command. The window allows one production record to be added from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened when multiple production records are added from the clipboard. A panel with the list of the selected records is added to the window.
