The Specification panel contains the list of items included in the production record. The table columns contain values of these stock items.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item in the production record specification.
The column contains names of outcome items (dishes, pre-processed goods) and original stock items and ingredients used in the process of production.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Volume – volume of the stock item.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – stock item type that the stock item belongs to.
Parent – name of the compound stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Concurrence – name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
Price by cost – cost price of the stock item.
Total by cost price – total cost of the stock item.
Total cost of ingredient – calculated cost price of the stock item that is an ingredient in a recipe.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % – percentage of the stock item lost during cooking.
Result – volume of the end product after cold preparation and cooking wastage.
Status – production record status.
Status (store) – status of the specification item as a result of processing by the storekeeping system.
Comment – short comment.
Number – number of the production record the specification of which contains the stock item.
Class – class of the stock item.
Calculated – defines whether the stock item is calculated.
Index – order of the stock item in the production record specification.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the production record specification.
(F2) – edits or views items included in the specification of the production record.
(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the production record.
(Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.

The command is available only when selecting specification items of production documents that have already been run on a store.
– cancels the deletion of stock items from the specification of the production record.
The command is enabled if only the specification item that caused an error of document processing by store software has been deleted.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

The and entry windows are used to add stock items to the production record specification.
The and editor windows are used for editing specification items.
A sequential editor window can also be used for editing, which is also named .
The and viewing windows are intended to view specification items of production records with the status Ready or Registered.
When deleting production record specification items, the permanent delete confirmation window opens.
If the production record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.
