The following windows are used when working with production record specification items:
All these windows are opened from the context menu of the Specification panel.
The editor window is opened by the one or more production record specification items are selected.
command whenIf one specification item is selected, the editor window will open.
The content of editor windows depends on the type of selected items:
Window fields:
Document – number of the production record which specification contains the stock item. Required field.
Parent – name of the parent item of the stock item.
This field is filled in when the stock item is being added as part of the recipe of another stock item.
Stock item – name of the stock item in the production record specification. Required field.
The field has a drop down list with the following commands:
and .Volume – amount of the stock item in units of measurement. Required field.
Volume of the stock item indicates the amount by which the stock on hand will be diminished once the document is successfully processed by the storekeeping system. It also indicates the amount of the stock item that will be deducted from its stock if this stock item is included into the specification as a child item.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item. Required field.
Index – order of the stock item in the production record specification.
Comment – brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Recipe mode – indicates how stock items are included in the production record. Required field.

By stock item concurrence
Always with recipe
Manual
The default value is By stock item concurrence.
If By stock item concurrence is selected for a stock item of the With recipe class, the stock item concurrence selected for the store defines whether recipe ingredients for the stock item need to be entered into the specification.
If Always with recipe is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification along with its ingredients, regardless of whether its concurrence requires this or not.
If the Manual option is selected, the stock item is entered into the specification without its ingredients, even if its concurrence requires them to be entered.
Recalculate child items – defines whether the volume of the stock item included in the recipe of a compound stock item should be changed, when their parent item's volume is changed. Required field.
The field is available only when Manual is selected in the Recipe mode field.

If Recipe from directory is selected, when the volume of a compound stock item is changed, the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of its child stock items change according to the specification of the compound stock item recipe defined in the directory.
If Recalculate is selected, changing the volume of the compound stock item will change the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of the stock items included in its recipe.
If Don't recalculate is selected, changing the volume of the compound stock item will not change the values in the Volume, Nett and Result fields of the stock items included in its recipe.
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.For a child specification item (an ingredient of a recipe), the editor window looks like this:
The following fields are added to this window: Cold preparation wastage %, Nett, Cooking wastage % and Result.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.
The value is selected from a drop-down list that contains the names of the cold preparation wastages defined in the directory and the (empty) option that allows the stock item to be entered without defining its cold preparation wastage.
If the directory does not contain any definitions of cold preparation wastage, only the (empty) option will be available for selection.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation. The value in this field is calculated automatically from the values entered into the Volume and Cold preparation wastage % fields.
Nett=Volume-Volume*Cold preparation wastage %/100
Cooking wastage % – percentage of stock item lost during cooking.
The value is selected from a drop-down list that contains the names of the cooking wastages defined in the directory and an (empty) option that allows the stock item to be entered without defining its cooking wastage.
If the directory does not contain any definitions of cooking wastage, only the (empty) option will be available for selection.
Result – net result of the stock item after cold preparation and cooking. The value in this field is calculated automatically from the values entered into the Nett and Cooking wastage % fields.
Result = Nett - Nett*Cooking wastage %/100
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.The multiple specification items editor window opens when more than one item is selected for editing.
The title in the window header is
. It has a panel displaying the list of the the selected specification items, with the production record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.Only specification items of the same type (only standalone stock items or only ingredients) can be selected simultaneously for editing.

If multiple child specification items are selected simultaneously for editing, the editor window looks like this:
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened by the command in the context menu or when adding a single specification item from the clipboard.
Stock items can be added to the specification as compound items or as recipe items (ingredients in recipes of compound stock items).
The fields displayed in the window depend on whether the stock item has its parent stock item.
The production record specification item entry window opens in standalone stock item configuration by default.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
Simple stock items can also be added to the specification as standalone items.
When saving a production record that contains at least one top-level stock item without recipe or child items, an error message will be returned.
The production record specification child item entry window opens when the Parent field contains another specification item which recipe includes the listed stock item.
The entry window is opened when multiple stock items are added to the specification from the clipboard. A panel with the list of the selected stock items is added to the window.
When adding two or more specification items the multiple entry window opens by default.
If a parent is specified in the Parent field, the window will change to the child item entry configuration.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The production record specification item sequential editor window is opened by the command when selecting a standalone specification item.
During sequential editing the editor window contains the

The production record specification item viewing window is opened by the one or more items are selected.

There are two versions of the viewing window:
