directory is used for working with customer promotion types that determine the application of discounts, markups and bonus system when selling menu items.
How to find the directory from the main menu: - - .
Data grid columns:
Name – the promotion type name.
Description – a short description of the promotion type.
Promotion formula – the promotion formula defining the calculation method of discount, markup or bonus size.
Points settings – an attribute of whether points need to be applied in the promotion type.
Security level – the security level assigned to the promotion type.
System – system objects tag.
The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:
– adding promotion types.
(F2) – editing promotion types attributes.
(Del) – deleting promotion types from the directory to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new promotion types please use the and entry windows. To edit item attributes please use the and editor windows.
When deleting promotion types, a confirm delete prompt is used.
To select directory data grid from the window fields please use the window.
