The Menu item purchase price by menu item operational report is used to view information about the purchase price of menu items selected by the user in all store groups.

The menu item purchase price is calculated on the basis of stock item purchase price of the corresponding stock items.

Information from the Purchase price operational report is used and operations performed on all stores are taken into account when generating the report.

The operational report displays the menu item purchase price for 1 unit of measurement of this menu item and the menu item purchase price for 1 portion.

Location: Menu - Operational reports - Purchase price - Menu item purchase price by menu item.

The operational report can also be opened using the Purchase price command in the context menu of the Menu directory.
