The Specification panel is used to manage the list of stock items in the stock movement record specification.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item in the specification.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item.
Volume – volume of the stock item included in the stock movement record.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of the stock item lost during its cold preparation.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % – percentage of the stock item lost during its cooking.
Result – net result of the stock item after cooking.
Comment – brief description.
Stock item group – name of the group that the stock item belongs to.
Parent – name of the compound stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item.
Type – stock item type.
Class – class of the stock item.
Concurrence – name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
Price by cost – price of the stock item determined on the basis of cost price.
Total by cost price – calculated stock item cost price.
Total cost of ingredient – calculated cost price of the stock item that is an ingredient in a compound stock item recipe.
Status (store) – status of the specification item as a result of being processed by the storekeeping system.
Consists of the sending store status and the receiving store status, separated by a comma.
Document – number of the stock movement record that the stock items are included in.
Calculated – defines whether the stock item in calculated.
Index – order of the stock item in the stock movement record specification.
Context menu commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the stock movement record specification.
Command is accessible only in specifications of stock movement records with the Not ready status.
(F2) – edits or views stock movement record specification items.
The Not ready. If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, the command in the context menu is replaced by the command.
command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the stock movement record.
The Not ready. If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status(Shift+F2) – sequentially edits the stock movement record specification item.
The Not ready. If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status– views the operational report on movement of the selected stock items.
Command is available only for filled in specifications of stock movement records regardless of their current status.
– views the operational report on stock turnover of the selected stock items.
Command is available only for filled in specifications of stock movement records regardless of their current status.
– views the stock usage operational report for selected stock items.
Command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Accepted and when root items (simple stock items or stock items with recipes) are selected.
– views the operational report on receipt of the selected used stock items.
Command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Sent or Accepted, when recipe items (simple stock items only) are selected.
– calculation of stock items included in the stock movement record specification.
Command is available only in specifications of stock movement records with the status Not ready.
– updates the specification with changes made to stock items included in the recipe of the selected compound stock item.
The command is available only in specifications of store documents with the Not ready status if the selected specification items are parent for other specification items.
The command is only available if the item has been deleted and it has caused an error when processing the document by the storekeeping system. – cancels the deletion of stock items from the specification of the stock movement record.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

A new specification item can be added using the window. The window is used for adding multiple items from the clipboard.
The and windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named .
The window is used to select a parent item.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock movement record specification items.
If the stock movement record has the status Ready, Sent or Accepted, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu.
