Displaying pictures for tables, table types, and seating and device layouts on POS terminals

For pictures that represent table types, you can determine text areas and scaling areas.

Figure 2.27. Selecting a text area and a scaling area

The text area determines the zone where the caption will appear. This caption will be centered within the text area. You can change the size and location of the text area using the mouse.

The scaling area determines which parts of the picture will change proportionally and which parts will remain the same when the corresponding element is resized on the seating layout. You can change the size and location of the scaling area using the mouse.

To change the scale of a conventional image, press both keys Ctrl+Alt and either left click to decrease the scale or right click to increase it.

You can select the font colour for pictures that appear on seating and device layouts from the palette provided.

You can indicate a font colour for a table, a table type, and for the seating layout itself.

If a font colour has been specified for the table, this colour also appears on the layout. If no font colour is specified for the table, the table type colour will be used.
