On-screen button formats

The Menu button formats directory has been moved from the Menu section to the Devices section. Additionally, it has been renamed On-screen button formats .

Button formats can be configured for menu items and modifiers, payment methods, and payment method denominations, as well as for POS terminal operating modes.
