Reservations

Reservations

This new feature allows you to hold banquets and other special events.

In this case, service consists of two steps. At the first stage, the reservation is made, while in the second stage, the reservation is actually fulfilled. The first stage is performed in Reservations mode. The second stage is executed in Restaurant waiter mode.

Reservations

The POS terminal operating modes directory contains Reservations mode.

Changes in guest tabs

Guest tabs now contain the Reservations flag. If this flag is set, the window will contain an additional panel.

The Creation date field contains the date when the reservation was entered into the system. The Reservation date field contains the date and time for which the reservation is made (i.e., when the event will take place). By default, the same date is specified in the Guest tab open date field. The Guest tab close date field indicates the tentative date and time when the event will finish.
