A new design has been developed for the guest tab list in Tillypad XL POS. Information about each guest tab in the list can occupy multiple rows.
The first row contains the principal information about the guest tab: its number, the date and time when the guest tab was opened, the table where the guest tab is served, the number of customers, information about order totals and about the tendered payment amount. This row is always displayed.
If necessary, the next rows will contain additional information about the guest tab. The first additional row contains the names of guest tab promotion categories and details about the regular customer for which this guest tab was opened. This information appears in the same font colour as the main data of the guest tab, only in a smaller size.
The second additional row contains a comment on the guest tab. Comments appear in grey font colour. The font size remains the same as for the additional information.
If the guest tab is closed or is currently in payment, the information about the first or only bill appears on the same line as the guest tab. In all other cases, the first bill appears one line below the guest tab. A separate row is used to display information about each bill.
If additional information about the guest tab appears in the list, all bills are displayed in the separate rows below the last row with this additional info.
When you use a short touch on the guest tab line, the generic guest tab management screen will open. However, if you use a long touch, the guest tab's context menu will appear.
The LongClickContextMenu parameter is responsible for displaying the context menu of the guest tab. If the parameter has been set to True (this is the default value), a short touch opens the generic guest tab management screen, while a long touch opens the context menu. If the parameter is set to False, the context menu opens immediately.
