The guest tabs assigned to the specified ID. The window enables to perform the same operations as the windows does.
window contains a list ofData grid columns:
Number – number of the guest tab.
Open date – date and time the guest tab was opened.
Close date – date and time the guest tab was closed.
Table – table of one or more customers.
Table number – number of the table.
Division – name of the division on which the guest tab was created.
POS terminal – name of the POS terminal on which the guest tab was opened.
Regular customer – client for whom the guest tab was opened.
Regular customer name – name of the client who has the promotion category.
External client authorisation device – name of the external client authorisation device.
ID – client's ID.
Promotion category – name of the prime promotion category applied to the guest tab.
Employee – name of the employee who opened the guest tab.
Guest tab status – status of the guest tab.
Language pack – language pack of the guest tab.
Notification – automatically informs external systems about their clients' guest tabs.
The external client authorisation device is used to transmit the information on opening and closing of guest tabs in the formats selected for this device.
Comment – text comments on the guest tab.
System – system objects tag.
Suspended – denotes that the client's ID is suspended.
The context menu of the data grid is the same as that of the document list. The window contains the following commands:
(Ins) – creates (opens) a new guest tab.
(F2) – edits the selected guest tabs.
(Del) – permanently deletes the selected guest tabs.
– recalculates the amount of guest tabs according to applicable promotion formulas taking into account primary and additional promotions.
(Shift+F2) – generates a bill on the basis of orders included into the guest tab.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
