Sales setting windows
Windows used with sales settings:
Entry window
The New sales setting entry window is used to enter a new sales setting.
The window contains an additional panel named Specification.
Properties panel fields:
Name — name of the sales setting.
Description — brief description.
Selecting
will add the sales setting to the directory and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving changes. Selecting will add the sales setting to the directory without closing the window.The editor window is opened by the Add command in the context menu when one or more sales settings are selected.
Editor window
If one sales setting is selected, the Sales setting editor window will open.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more sales settings are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected sales settings. The title in the window header is Sales settings.
When multiple sales settings are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all the selected sales settings.
Specification panel in the Sales setting window
The Specification panel is used to specify configuration elements of the sales setting.
Data grid columns:
Sales setting — sales setting to which the configuration element applies.
Concurrence — name of the concurrence to which the sales setting applies.
Sales department — name of the sales department for which sales of menu items associated with the concurrence are recorded.
Excluded from sale — whether menu items associated with the concurrence are excluded from sale.
Store — name of the store from which stock items are to be deducted when menu items associated with the concurrence are sold, and for which sales records will be created. Selection is made in the window.
Printer — name of the store from which stock items are to be deducted when menu items associated with the concurrence are sold, and for which sales records will be created. Selection is made in the window.
Service provider — service provider device for routing messages between segments. Selection is made in the window.
Order confirmation device — name of the device (terminal, PDA server, pager), to which order-ready messages are sent. Selection is made in the window.
Context menu commands:
Add (Ins) — add new configuration element.
Edit (F2) — edit selected configuration elements.
Delete (Del) — delete selected configuration elements.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
New configuration elements are added using the window. The and windows are used for editing.
