Payment method windows
Windows used for managing directory contents:

Entry window
The payment method to the directory.

command from the context menu of the directory.
The Properties panel is for entering the main attributes of the new payment method.
Fields in the Properties panel:

Payment method group — name of the payment method group to which the payment method is being added. Required field.
If one payment method group or one or more payment methods from the same group were highlighted in the directory when the window was opened, that group will be displayed in this field. Otherwise, if different groups or payment methods from different groups were highlighted, this field will be empty and the value must be selected manually.
Selection is made in the window.
Payment method groups determine the hierarchical structure of the payment method selection menu displayed on terminals.
Payment method groups can be used to organise data in viewer windows and reports.

Name — name of the payment method. Required field.

Description — brief description.

Cash — flag defining the payment method as a cash payment method.
The value is selected from Yes or No.
If No no is selected, the payment method is a non-cash method and the amount tendered at the terminal cannot be greater than the amount required for payment.
If Yes is selected, the payment method is a cash method, which means that the amount tendered at the terminal can exceed the amount required for payment and the difference will be returned as change.

Excluded from payment — flag for temporary disabling of the payment method on terminals. Required field.
The value is selected from Yes or No.
If No is selected, the payment method will be available for selection on the terminal.
If Yes is selected, the payment method will not be available for selection on the terminal.

Index — position of the payment method in the list of payment methods on terminals.

Security category — security category assigned to the payment method. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The security category enables control over which users can access the payment method.
In order for an employee to be able to take payments using the payment method, the security category assigned to the payment method must be included in the access settings configured for that employee's user role.
Selecting
will add the item to the directory and close the entry window. Selecting will close the window without saving the item. Selecting will add the item to the directory without closing the window.The editor window allows one or more payment methods to be edited.

Multiple editor window
When two or more payment methods are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected payment methods. The title in the window header is

When multiple payment methods are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected payment methods.
