Drafts directory
The drafts.
directory is used to manageLocation:

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the draft.

Description — brief description.

Date — date and time the draft was created.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the draft.

Status — draft status.

Active from — date and time when the draft will be activated automatically.

Security category — security category assigned to the draft.
Context menu commands:

The Not ready or Ready.
command is only available for drafts with the statusIf the draft has been activated (has the status Active), the command is replaced by the command.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting drafts.
Note
Drafts are deleted to the and can be restored. However, after 30 days they are automatically deleted permanently.
If a draft in the has a scheduled activation date, the thirty-day period starts from the specified date. Otherwise the thirty-day period starts from the date when the draft was created.
