Company groups
Company groups are used to combine companies into logical groups for ease of use.
Company groups are displayed in the and directories.
Company groups can be nested to any number of levels.
Company groups in the Companies directory
The directory displays both company groups and companies. The directory displays only company groups.
Changes made in either one of the or directories are immediately applied to the other directory.
Security categories are used to limit employee access to different company groups and companies. The security category applied to a company group defines the access restrictions for the companies contained in it.
Subscription can be configured for company groups, enabling them to be updated by replication.
